YOGA WITH NIKKI RALSTON (THE RALSTON METHOD)

 

Nikki Ralston is a natural teacher who has been working with the human body for the last 20 years, her passion for yoga, movement and the human anatomy, shines through and is infectious to others.  Nikki has devised her own ‘Ralston Method’ which provides life enhancing practices for everyday health and wellbeing.

The Ralston Method makes asana, meditation, breath work and mindfulness accessible to anyone.  Nikki has been at the forefront of poularising yoga in New Zealand and making the ancient practice of yoga relevant and complimentary for our modern lifestyle.

D.R.I.L.L. FITNESS

 

The D.R.I.L.L. Fitness class is a 45-minute group fitness training session that incorporates high intensity interval training (H.I.I.T) and variable training principles to bring you a fast, effective, fun workout. D.R.I.L.L. works on both the aerobic and anaerobic energy systems creating an effect that not only burns maximum calories, but also increases your aerobic capacity (Vo2) oxygen uptake, all with the aid of mobility & recovery drills for added increased flexibility & movement patterns.
