I bought a ticket but it says 'Unregistered'?

A. Don’t stress – this is totally fine. When you purchase your ticket it asks you (as the purchaser) to enter your details so this appears on your ticket but the ‘Unregistered’ ticket is just because the ticket doesn’t have a name assigned to it. It will still scan at the door on entry.

Can I reprint/download my ticket again?

A. Absolutely. Just visit our ticketing page here – scroll to the bottom of the page and click on ‘Re-send my ticket’. You’ll be asked to enter your email address and phone number to verify, then your ticket will be re-emailed to you.

Q: How do I get to the NZ Fitness & Health Expo?

A: Visit the Getting there tab under Visitor info for all public transport and parking options.

Q: Can I buy from the stallholders at the NZ Fitness & Health Expo?

A: Yes! Exhibitors will most definitely be selling their products at the Fitness & Health Expo – and most of them usually run ‘show only specials’ as well.

Q: Can I pre-purchase tickets?

A: Yes, tickets are online for pre-purchase here – and they’re cheaper than on the door prices!

Q: Do I need a ticket if I work in the fitness trade industry?

A: Yes, if you work in the fitness and health industry, you can register for a FREE Industry Pass. You will need to provide valid Industry ID and matching photo ID at entry. Click here for more info and to register.

Q: Is there an ATM available at the Expo?

A: Yes, there is an ASB Bank ATM located in the main foyer (opposite Hall 3 entry doors), however we also recommend getting cash out before you arrive at the Fitness & Health Expo. Otherwise, most exhibitors do have eftpos/credit card payment facilities on their stands.

Q: What are the opening hours?

A: Opening hours are 10am – 5pm both Saturday and Sunday.

Q: Is there a cost to attend one of the seminars?

A: No, the Fitness Seminar Series is free to attend once you have purchased your NZ Fitness & Health Expo ticket. The seminars are located in the Expo itself as you enter the Halls and seating is available on a ‘first come’ basis. Q: Is there a café / food available at the Expo?

A: Yes, there is a range of healthy food options suitabvle for lunch including a range that are paleo-friendly, plant-based gluten free and dairy free.

Q: Is parking available at the Show?

A: Yes, the ASB Showgrounds offers parking onsite for a fee. There is limited (free) street parking around the venue e.g. Puriri Drive, and additional paid parking next door at Alexandra Park Raceway. Find out more HERE

Q: Can I bike to the event?

A. Absolutely! Don’t forget to purchase your ticket online and jump the queue. Parking fees do not apply to you. Find out more HERE

Q: Who is the organiser of the NZ Fitness & Health Expo?

A: Exhibitions and Events New Zealand (EENZ) was established by Jane Ford, Managing Director. Its directors have 38 years of experience developing many of Australia and New Zealand’s best trade and consumer shows. Our focus is on staging excellent exhibitions that meet our client’s unique requirements, both exhibitors and visitors.
