Double Chocolate Fudge Brownie Caramel Slice
Want to spice up one of our Brownie Mixes?! Completely 100% gluten free, dairy free, RSF, vegan and macro friendly!! Per slice – 16g Carbs, 8g Protein, and 4.5g Fat! WOOOOWZERS!! 🤪🤪
Method Part A
1) Brownie Layer – Cook @macr0mike brownie mix of choice (I used double choc) as per instructions. Then allow it to cool.
2) Caramel Layer – blitz 75g dates with 150mls almond milk in a NutriBullet until it forms a thick caramel consistency.
3) Chocolate Layer – Melt 30g vegan dark chocolate and mix with 24g @macr0mike dark choc PB+ and a dash of almond milk.
Method Part B
Pour caramel Layer on cooled brownies, then pour the chocolate layer on top.
Allow to set in the fridge for an hour or so then slice into 12 and devour!! 😎👅💦
