What is the 12-Week Transformation Challenge?
The 12-Week Transformation Challenge is 12-weeks in which you commit to creating a healthier you! You can participate in either ‘Fat Loss’ or ‘Muscle Gain’ categories, and weekly nutrition plans, workouts and training guides, recipes and tips and advice from experts.


Can I still register/purchase the 12-Week Transformation Challenge?

YES! The first 12-Week Transformation Challenge officially started on Friday 28 July 2017 and will end on Friday 20 October – however you can still purchase the program and start your 12-Week Transformation Challenge now. Many others have started after the initial launch date.


Who can participate in the 12-Week Transformation Challenge?

Anyone over the age of 18. If you have any medical conditions or physical injuries, then you must have your medical practitioner’s written consent.


When will I receive my Plan?

Weeks 1-4 of your selected plan will be sent to you upon confirmation of your completed registration. Following that, your program will be sent to you in 4-week sections to keep it fresh and interesting.


Is there a Meal Plan option for Vegetarians and/or Vegans?

Yes, just let us know if you prefer this option and we can accommodate this in your Meal Plans.


Why should I do the 12-Week Transformation Challenge?
Believe it or not, in 12-Weeks you can actually look and feel like a completely different person! Imagine in just 12-Weeks of sacrifice, your whole life could literally change! Everyone has their own goals. Whatever yours are, we’ll have the ideal plan and support network to help you achieve these. Plus, you’ll join a supportive community group all in it at the same time.


Is the 12-Week Transformation Challenge just a weight loss challenge?
No. The 12-Week Transformation Challenge includes a Weight Loss category AND a Muscle Gain category—so you choose which plan you think is best suited for you. Each plan has been carefully designed to achieve specific objectives.


What do I get as a part of the 12-Week Transformation Challenge?
Included in your registration fee is the following:A tailored 12-Week Program (ebook) written by our experts, Jade & Simone, specifically for this Transformation Challenge, including:

  • Weekly meal plans (with easy, healthy recipes) and training/workout guide – refreshed every 4-weeks!
  • Ongoing access, support and guidance direct from our experts Jade & Simone.
  • Online coaching via access to our Transformation Challenge Facebook Group hosted at run by Jade & Simone, to ask questions, offer support to our participants, share tips/ideas and stay motivated throughout the program.
  • Other opportunities for one-on-one consultations, photoshoot etc.
  • Discounted entry to the 2017 NZ Fitness & Health Expo.

How do I track my progress?

As part of your 12-Week Program, you’ll receive a Progress Plan to complete and keep track of. This will be used at the end to judge winners and also for your own personal accountability and motivation! It will be fully informative with how you use it, and optional as to how much you want to track. We do not want you getting too hung up on the numbers on the scale, because as you probably already know – this can be a very inaccurate way to track if your body is changing, especially if you are putting on lean muscle. You can also use a range of free fitness and weight tracker Apps on your Smart Device if this is easier. We’ll ask you for regular stats so we can help you stay on track and keep an eye on your progress.


How much does it cost?

The 12-Week Transformation Challenge registration fee is $149 in total and includes a FREE ticket to the 2017 NZ Fitness & Health Expo ($20 value) and other goodies. That works out to be just $12 per week!


Can I pay by direct credit and/or split payment?

Yes! Simply register as per normal – so we have all your details – but don’t complete the payment. Then email us at and let us know so we can email you bank account details and a reference code. Once full payment has been received, you will receive your Transformation Challenge Plan.

How do I pay?

When does registration close?

It doesn’t! You can purchase the 12-Week Transformation Challenge anytime.

You’ll still receive 12-Weeks worth of plans and ongoing support from Jade and Simone.


Before and After Photos

Don’t forget to take before and after photos to track your progress. You should take three different full body shots (front view, side view, and back view), against a blank wall with good lighting. Females preferably to wear crops and shorts, or a bikini, or for those who are not comfortable with this – shorts and a singlet will be fine. Men should be shirtless with board shorts, or regular shorts. You can submit these photos to Jade and Simone to assist in monitoring your progress. If you wish to do so, please email them to: and remember to include your full name.


Will my photographs be used online and/or in social media?

We ask to receive photographs so we (Jade and Simone) can assist in tracking your progress. We will NOT use your photographs publicly unless you give us written confirmation that we may do so.

Any successful weight loss/muscle building program requires proof of your results so you can see your achievements – great for motivation! If you choose not to have before and after photos taken, that is entirely your decision.


What is the refund policy?

We do not offer a refund on the cost of the challenge so please ensure this product is right for you by asking all the relevant questions beforehand.
