MetaPWR

MetaPWR is a 30-minute, metabolic resistance workout using specialised equipment and combining strength, ballistic and plyometric exercises.

The program was created to make circuit training more efficient and effective. How so? By reducing the amount of time spent looking at a stopwatch or app, and increasing the focus on client technique, range of motion and load – and making modifications when necessary.

 

The MetaPWR training approach sees clients focusing on load/ resistance during short work intervals, and then limiting rest to challenge the anaerobic energy system.

 

After completing a one-day MetaPWR certification, coaches receive monthly workouts, with license-free music/voice commands, marketing resources and videos. All MetaPWR workouts  have their own title branding, format and exercises and vary in length between 21 and 23 minutes. Preparation warm ups and modification teaching principles are designed to enable coaches to deliver safe and effective workouts to clients of all ages and abilities.

 

There are NO license or subscription fees, and coaches can use MetaPWR inside or outdoors, in studio or gym timetabled.
