Industrial Athletic Crossfit Invitational

The Industrial Athletic CrossFit Invitational, will showcase the fittest men and women in New Zealand, in a series of exciting and grueling events.  This will be a fierce series of battles, requiring endurance, skill, strength, power, speed, and co-ordination.  CrossFit trains people to reach a level of fitness they didn't think possible.  Could YOU be competing in this challenge next year?!  A series of demonstrations and interactive displays, will also be held between all events.  Competition invitation details will be released at www.industrialathletic.com on 15 June 2012.
